Simma Hotel Spa & Waterpark

We travelled as a family and rented 3 different rooms in the hotel. Every room was spotless and daily cleaning service was provided. The bed was firm and comfortable. The sauna facilities were awesome - a large pool with Luke warm water and mirror-like ceiling - conveniently positioned next to a hot Turkish hammam + Finnish sauna. The breakfast was exceptional (based on a variety of food available it could easily be called "lunch" rather than "breakfast"). It was convenient to have a restaurant on the premises (with an option to order food at the swimming pool area, the room or the restaurant itself). The staff was super helpful and friendly addressing any need we've had. For example, the staff organized for us to have a free car transfer to the airport and back, helped us buy afrosiyob fast train tickets and arranged for us to have lunch boxes when we couldn't make it for breakfast (as we were leaving earlier than 7am that day). We are deeply grateful to a night manager (Fazletdin) who provided traveling tips to Chimgan facilities and helped us understand local culture better throughout our stay. We have greatly enjoyed our visit and hope to come again! We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family

I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The reception staff were excellent, and the service overall was outstanding. Shakhzoola was especially helpful, guiding and assisting us throughout our stay.

Large and clean hotel that is being kept up in great condition. Nice polite staff. Fine condition and design of rooms with high ceiling, blackout curtains. Standard bath setup with flipflops, toothpaste, brush, shampoo/gel/conditioner, hairbrush. Nice design of lobby. Entrance and elevators seemed friendly to handicapped people. An inhouse zoo with variety of animals, birds available. Multioptional spa zone. Clean bathroom in a room. Nice design of the restaurant though it aint have a bar. No noise from the street that was perfect for a good sleep. Great and calm place. European quality and service. 20 minutes and 2$ (20k sum) to city center. Definitely a good choice for your stay. Nice memories. It was twice better and cheaper than some fine analogues. Will be glad to stay there again.

The staff and service is great, rooms are nice & spacious, swimming pool is a proper sized pool unlike many other Tashkent hotels of same budget, pool table, table tennis, horse riding on beautiful gigantic horses (free for hotel guests) with an interesting collection of chicken from all over the world, in-house ATM, good food at reasonable prices, lavish buffet breakfast and always available house keeping.

The Reception and Breakfast staff always goes out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable. The late checkout was also helpful...Thanks
